摘　　要：瑞马唑仑是一种新型超短效苯二氮卓类镇静药,具有起效快、恢复迅速、对肝肾功能及血流动力学影响相对较小的药理特性且有特效拮抗药物。瑞马唑仑临床镇静效果良好,不良反应少,长时间应用无蓄积,可安全应用于临床镇静,且适用于老年及危重患者镇静,或有望成为临床首选镇静药。Remimazolam is a new type of ultra-short-acting benzodiazepine sedative,with the pharmacological properties of rapid onset,rapid recovery,relatively small effects on liver and kidney function and hemodynamics,and specific antagonistic drugs.Remimazolam has good clinical sedation effect,few adverse reactions,no accumulation for long application,can be safely applied in clinical sedation,and suitable for elderly and critically ill patients,or is expected to become the preferred sedative in clinical practice.
