摘　　要：换热器(heat exchanger),是用于不同温度的两种或两种以上流体之间传递热量的过程设备,又称热交换器。换热器在化工、石油、石化、能源、制药、轻工、机械、动力、食品及其它许多工业生产中占有重要地位。管壳式换热器是所有换热器中最为广泛的一种,其相对安全可靠,适用参数范围广,结构变化灵活,制造成本较低,清洗方便,是应用最为广泛、使用量最大的一种热交换器。Heat exchanger,is a process equipment used to transfer heat between two or more fluids with different temperatures,it plays an important role in chemical,petroleum,petrochemical,energy,pharmaceutical,light industry,machinery,power,food and many other industrial productions.Shell and tube heat exchanger is the most widely used of all heat exchangers,it is relatively safe and reliable,with a wide range of applicable parameters,flexible structural changes,low manufacturing cost and convenient cleaning,it is the most widely used heat exchanger.
