摘　　要：外取热器在催化装置的地位和作用非常重要,本文介绍的是制造中的需要重点控制的特殊复杂结构的焊接问题,如何保证类似的复杂结构的焊接质量和尺寸偏差,才能够满足设计条件和技术要求,是关系外取热器管束制造的重要控制环节。我们通过一种特殊的工艺装备和控制系统等手段,很好的解决了该设备封头组件焊接变形严重和垂直偏差的问题,很好的保证了产品制造中的难题,提高产品的生产效率,也很好的保证了质量和尺寸精度。Catalyst cooler in the catalytic device is very important,this paper is the equipment top head assembly in the manufacturing need to control the special complex structure welding problem,how to ensure the similar complex structure welding quality and size deviation,can meet the design conditions and technical requirements,is an important control link in the relationship of external heater bundle manufacturing.Through a special process equipment and control system,and other means,we have well solved the equipment head assembly welding deformation serious deformation and vertical deviation of the problem,well ensure the problems in product manufacturing,improve the production efficiency of products,and also well ensure the quality and size accuracy.
