摘　　要：桨叶干燥机在食品、化工、石化、污泥等领域被广泛应用。其性能优点是能耗低,干燥时间短、处理物料范围广、环境污染小、工艺性能稳定、维护成本低等。本文通过某公司双轴桨叶干燥机部分零部件制造进行质量控制的要点进行了分析。制造过程中对材料的验收、焊接、无损检测、组装、水压试验和空载试验等过程严格按照工艺控制,最终该设备制造完全符合设计要求。Paddle dryer is widely used in food,chemical industry,petrochemical,sludge and other fields.Its performance advantages are low energy consumption,short drying time,wide range of processed materials,small environmental pollution,stable process performance,low maintenance cost etc.This article analyzes the key points of quality control through the manufacture of some parts of a double shaft blade dryer.The process of material acceptance,welding,non-destructive testing,assembly,hydraulic pressure test and no-load test is strictly controlled according to the process in the manufacturing process.Finally,the equipment manufacturing completely meets the design requirements.
