摘 要:高尿酸血症与心血管疾病的发生与发展密切相关, 但高尿酸血症患者定量心肌结构改变及心肌功能障碍的研究仍较少。选取我院初诊老年高尿酸患者50例为高尿酸血症组, 另择同期健康志愿者50例为对照组, 两组均接受实时二维心脏超声斑点追踪技术检查及二维超声心动图检查, 比较两组相关指标。结果表明实时二维心脏超声斑点追踪技术可无创、有效评估老年高尿酸血症患者心肌功能障碍。Hyperuricemia is closely related to development and progression of cardiovascular disorders,but few quantitative studies have focused on changes in myocardial structure and myocardial dysfunction in patients with hyperuricemia.In this study,50 elderly patients with newly-diagnosed hyperuricemia(hyperuricemia group)and a contemporary cohort of 50 healthy volunteers(control group)in our hospital were included,evaluated with real-time two-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography,and compared for related parameters.The results showed that the real-time two-dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography can be useful as a non-invasive and effective tool for evaluation of myocardial dysfunction in elderly patients with hyperuricemia.
