摘  要:1978年市场经济改革以来,用地产权之于中国城市形态发展、变化的重要性日益显现。作为用地产权划分的基本单元,产权地块正越来越受到国内学界的关注。西方城市用地市场化历史悠久,用地产权制度极为稳固。在此基础上积淀形成的独特文化、学术环境,促进了城市形态研究向产权地块微观层面的深入发展。本文尝试从产权地块视角,系统地梳理和总结西方国家,特别是英、德城市形态研究的源起、基本思路、关键概念术语以及实证研究进展,探讨中西方在城市形态研究领域存在的差异与差距,以期为探索适合中国地域文化环境的城市形态研究理论、方法提供新的启示。Since the reform of the market economy in 1978,the importance of land ownership to the development and modification of Chinese urban form has been increasingly manifested.Recently,as the basic unit of land ownership division,plot has drawn more and more attention from Chinese academics.In Western countries,the marketization of urban land has a long history and the institution of land ownership is extremely stable.The specific cultural and academic environment accumulated on this basis is conducive to the further development of urban form research at the micro level of plot.From the perspective of plot,this paper attempts to systematically review the origin,fundamental thoughts,core concepts and terminologies,as well as empirical research progress of urban form research,mainly originating in Western countries,particularly the UK and Germany,and further points out the distinctions and gaps between China and the West,in order to provide enlightenment to the exploration of theories and methods applicable to Chinese cultural and regional environment.
