摘 要:试验旨在研究肉用性能好的优良种公羊对湖羊的杂交效果。选择澳洲白、东佛里生、德克赛尔、陶赛特、萨福克等5个品种的肉羊与湖羊母羊进行杂交,共获得180只羔羊。按照体重、年龄相近以及公、母各半的原则,将羔羊随机分成湖羊组、澳湖组、东湖组、德湖组、陶湖组、萨湖组等6个试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只羊。预试期15 d,正式试验期180 d。比较杂交F1代肉羊与纯种湖羊的生长性能和屠宰性能。结果显示:湖羊组的初生重极显著低于东湖组、德湖组、陶湖组(P<0.01),显著低于澳湖组和萨湖组(P<0.05);湖羊组2月龄的体重极显著低于澳湖组、东湖组、德湖组、陶湖组(P<0.01);德湖组羊4月龄和6月龄时的体重极显著高于萨湖组和湖羊组(P<0.01);澳湖组、东湖组、德湖组、陶湖组羊的0~6月龄平均日增重极显著高于湖羊组(P<0.01)。东湖组、德湖组、萨湖组6月龄的体高均显著高于湖羊组(P<0.05);德湖组、萨湖组6月龄的体长极显著高于湖羊组(P<0.01),澳湖组、东湖组、陶湖组显著高于湖羊组(P<0.05);澳湖组、东湖组、德湖组、陶湖组6月龄的胸围均极显著高于湖羊组(P<0.01),萨湖组显著高于湖羊组(P<0.05);东湖组、德湖组、陶湖组6月龄的管围显著高于湖羊组(P<0.05)。东湖组、德湖组、陶湖组6月龄的胴体重和屠宰率显著高于湖羊组(P<0.05);萨湖组6月龄的眼肌面积最高,显著高于德湖组和陶湖组(P<0.05),极显著高于湖羊组(P<0.01);湖羊组6月龄的尾脂重最高,极显著高于其他各杂交组(P<0.01),东湖组最低,仅为0.56 kg。研究表明,利用优良种公羊对湖羊进行杂交改良能够提升湖羊生长性能、屠宰性能;杂交F1代中德湖组的生长性能最好,东湖组尾脂重最低,利用萨福克羊杂交能够提高瘦肉率。The purpose of the experiment was to study the cross-breeding effect of excellent rams with good meat performance on Hu sheep. Five mutton sheep breeds including Australian White, East Frisson, Texel, Douset and Suffolk were selected for crossbreeding with Hu sheep ewes, and a total of 180 lambs were obtained. According to the principles of similar body weight, similar age, and half male and female, lambs were randomly divided into six groups including Hu sheep group, Aohu group, Donghu group, Dehu group, Taohu group and Sahu group, with three replicates in each group and 10 sheeps in each replicate. The pre-trial period was 15 d, and the formal test period was 180 d. The growth performance and slaughter performance of hybrid F1generation mutton sheep and purebred Hu sheep were compared. The results showed that the birth weight of Hu sheep group was extremely lower than that of Donghu group, Dehu group and Taohu group(P<0.01), and significantly lower than that of Aohu group and Sahu group(P<0.05). The two-month-old body weight of Hu sheep group was extremely lower than that of Aohu group,Donghu group, Dehu group and Taohu group(P<0.01). The weight of sheep in Dehu group at four months and six months was extremely higher than that in Sahu group and Hu sheep group(P<0.01). The average daily gain of sheep from0~6 months in Aohu group, Donghu group, Dehu group and Taohu group were extremely higher than that in Hu sheep group(P<0.01). The six-month-old body height of Donghu group, Dehu group and Sahu group was significantly higher than that of Hu sheep group(P<0.05). The six-month-old body length of Dehu group and Sahu group was extremely higher than that of Hu sheep group(P<0.01), and the Aohu group, Donghu group and Taohu group were significantly higher than that of Hu sheep group(P<0.05). The six-month-old bust circumference of Aohu group, Donghu group, Dehu group and Taohu group was extremely higher than that of Hu sheep group(P<0.01), and Sahu group was significantly higher than that of Hu sheep group(P<0.05).
