摘　　要：祁连山马鹿破伤风感染主要发生在锯茸期间。文章记录了一例锯茸后发生破伤风感染雄性祁连山马鹿诊断、治疗的过程,并提出了预防破伤风感染的具体措施,包括锯茸前充分准备、锯茸后严格消毒、日常饲养管理中预防马鹿意外损伤、减弱祁连山马鹿野性、鹿舍环境严格消毒、及时治疗损伤以及预防注射伤风抗毒素。文章旨在为祁连山马鹿在日常的保护、研究、繁育过程中减少破伤风感染提供方法。Tetanus infection of Qilian Mountains wapiti mainly occurs during sawing antler. The article records the diagnosis and treatment of a male Qilian Mountain wapiti with tetanus infection after saw antler, and proposes specific measures to prevent tetanus infection, including full preparation before sawing, strict disinfection after sawing, prevention of accidental injury of wapiti in daily feeding and management, weakening of the wild nature of Qilian Mountain wapiti,strict disinfection of deer house environment, timely treatment of injury, and prevention of cold and antitoxin injection. The purpose of the article is to provide methods for reducing tetanus infection in the daily protection, research and breeding of Qilian Mountain wapiti.
