摘　　要：牛病毒性腹泻-黏膜病(BVD-MD)发病率高,具有一定的致死率,且存在持续感染、免疫抑制的情况,对养牛产业造成了较大的危害。BVD-MD的主要临床症状表现为腹泻、高热、黏膜溃疡,消化道呈线性病变。目前国内外已有关于BVD-MD的研究,但临床中确诊此病还需进行更加精准的诊断。文章对BVD-MD的生物学特征、国内外流行情况、临床类型、诊断方式以及该病的防治方法进行阐述,为BVD-MD的相关研究与临床诊疗提供一定参考。Bovine viral diarrhea-mucosal disease(BVD-MD) has a high morbidity rate, a certain lethal rate, and the existence of persistent infection and immunosuppression, which has caused great harm to the cattle industry. The main clinical symptoms of BVD-MD are diarrhea, high fever, mucosal ulcers and linear lesions in the digestive tract. The research on the diagnosis of BVD-MD is very extensive, but more accurate diagnosis is needed to diagnose this disease in clinical practice. The article expounds the biological characteristics, domestic and international epidemic situation, clinical types, diagnosis methods and prevention and treatment methods of BVD-MD, so as to provide some reference for the related research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of BVD-MD.
