摘　　要：鸡传染性支气管炎(IB)是由传染性支气管炎病毒引起的高度接触性传染病,是国际兽医局及我国规定的家禽二类传染病之一。IB防控主要依靠疫苗免疫,但由于病毒的高度变异性及毒株间抗原交叉保护差,现有的疫苗已无法对该病产生完全保护,IB新型疫苗的研发成为国内外发展的趋势。文章对国内外IB疫苗的应用现状及研究进展进行总结,以期为IB新型疫苗的研发提供参考。Avian infectious bronchitis(IB) is a highly contagious infectious disease caused by infectious bronchitis virus.It is one of the class Ⅱ infectious diseases of poultry stipulated by the International Veterinary Bureau and China. The prevention and control of IB is mainly vaccine immunization. However, due to the high variability of the virus and the poor cross protection of antigens between strains, the existing vaccines could not fully protect the prevention and control of the disease. The research and development of new IB vaccines has become a development trend at home and abroad. The article summarizes the application status and research progress of IB vaccine at home and abroad, in order to provide reference for the development of new IB vaccine.
