砭石热熨治疗肠癌患者化疗相关性腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨砭石热熨治疗晚期肠癌患者化疗相关性腹泻(CID)的疗效.方法选取2017年9月至2020年5月接受化疗后发生CID的肠癌患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例.对照组采用盐酸洛哌丁胺常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上予以砭石热熨神阙、天枢、足三里穴,比较两组临床证候积分、KPS评分及疗效.结果观察组患者治疗后证候积分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(92.5%)与对照组(87.5%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者治疗后KPS评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在常规治疗上加用砭石热熨疗法能够改善肠癌化疗相关性腹泻,有效提高化疗耐受性和患者的生存质量.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stone needle acupuncture point-heating therapy for the treatment of chemotherapy induced diarrhea(CID)in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Method A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer who had CID after receiving chemotherapy in the oncology department of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of TCM from September 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loperamide hydrochloride.On the basis of conventional treatment in the control group,the observation group was treated with stone needle acupuncture point-heating therapy.And the differences in clinical syndrome score,quality of life(KPS score)and efficacy between the two groups were observed.Results The clinical syndrome score of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment,and there was statistically significance difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%.There was statistically significance difference(P<0.05).The KPS scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the KPS score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was statistically significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment technology stone needle acupuncture point-heating therapy can improve the symptoms of chemotherapy diarrhea in colorectal cancer,and effectively improve chemotherapy tolerance and patients'quality of life.
