当归四逆汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨当归四逆汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的疗效.方法选择2020年1月至6月冠心病心绞痛患者50例,随机分为2组,对照组予冠心病心绞痛常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用当归四逆汤,两组患者均服药3个月后,比较总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分、中医证候疗效评估、主要心血管不良事件发生情况.结果观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAQ中躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态和心绞痛发作情况与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率和MACE事件发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论当归四逆汤联合常规抗心绞痛西药治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛临床效果较好,值得推广.Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of conventional anti-angina pectoris western medicine plus Danggui Sini decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 50 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in our hospital from January to June 2020 were retrospectively collected,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drugs for coronary heart disease angina pectoris as appropriate,and the observation group was given Chinese herbal decoction Danggui Sini Decoction on the basis of the control group.After taking the medicine for 3 months,the two groups of patients were compared with blood total cholesterol(TC),blood triglyceride(TG),blood low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),the score of Seattle Angina Questionnaire,evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome treatment effectiveness,and major adverse cardiovascular events.Results The changes of TC,TG and LDL-C,which reflected blood lipid levels,were statistically different between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the SAQ scoring scale in 3 items related to angina pectoris(physical activity limitation,stable angina pectoris and angina pectoris attack),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate of TCM syndrome evaluation,the total incidence of MACE events and the incidence of single angina pectoris between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of conventional anti-angina pectoris western medicine plus Danggui Sini decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is good,which is worthy of promotion.
