快速康复理念联合中医护理在结核性缩窄性心包炎患者围术期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复理念联合中医护理在结核性缩窄性心包炎患者围术期的应用效果.方法选取2017年6月至2020年8月结核性缩窄性心包炎正中切开心包剥脱术围术期患者80例,随机分为2组,各40例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予快速康复理念联合中医护理干预,干预2周后评价护理效果.结果观察组患者术后舒适度,术后首次下床时间、排便时间、自主排尿时间、导管拔除时间、术后满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率少于对照组(P<0.05).结论基于快速康复理念联合中医护理方式对结核性心包炎患者围术期护理有较好的效果,值得推广.Objective To explore the effect of rapid recovery concept combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of patients with tuberculous constrictive pericarditis.Methods From June 2017 to August 2020,80 patients with tuberculous constrictive pericarditis undergoing central incision and pericardial stripping in tuberculosis surgery of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation concept combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Results Postoperative comfort,the first time of getting out of bed,defecation time,voluntary urination time,catheter removal time,postoperative hospitalization and postoperative satisfaction of patients in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation,combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing has good clinical effect on perioperative nursing of patients with tuberculous pericarditis,which is worthy of promotion.
