摘　　要：David Julius利用辣椒辣素来识别皮肤神经末梢上对热/冷刺激做出反应的感受器,Ardem Patapoutian利用压力敏感细胞发现了一种对皮肤和内部器官的机械刺激作出反应的新型感受器。两位学者对感受器受体的分型、结构特点、作用及调控机制进行了深入的探讨,这使我们对热、冷、机械刺激以及疼痛的认识更为深入。David Julius uses capsaicin to identify the receptors that respond to hot or cold stimuli on nerve endings in the skin.Ardem Patapoutian,by using pressure-sensitive cells,discovered a new type of receptor that responds to mechanical stimulation of the skin and internal organs.The two scholars further investigate the classifications,structural characteristics,function and regulatory mechanisms of the receptors,which extends our knowledge about heat,cold,mechanical stimulation and pain.
