摘　　要：侦查学理论研究具有历时性,其中蕴含着合乎社会发展的规律性原则。通过对侦查学研究的历史梳理,并结合侦查发展的现实状况,可以清晰地把握我国侦查学研究的理论脉络。从民国时期至今,我国侦查学理论范式发展呈现出由简易到深化、由单一到多元的总体趋势,关联着外延发展、内涵发展、融洽发展、可持续发展的程式,可归纳为侦查本体论、侦查认识论、侦查价值论、侦查治理论四个阶段。就目前而言,做细做实侦查治理论研究,化解侦查本体论视角下侦查机关主导的一元化侦查治罪难题,抽象出侦查认识论的新观点,契合侦查价值论的合理尺度,从而为深化侦查学理论研究提供重要机遇。Theoretical research in criminal investigation is diachronic,which contains regular principles in line with the social development.By sorting out the history of investigation research and combining it with the reality of investigation development,the theoretical veins of the research in China can be clearly detected.From the Republic of China to the present,the development of the theoretical paradigm of criminal investigation in China shows the general trend from simplicity to deepening,from singleness to pluralism,associated with extension development,connotation development,harmonious development,sustainable development of the program,can be summarized as the four stages of investigation ontology,investigation epistemology,investigation value theory,and investigation governance theory.At present,it can provide an important opportunity for deepening theoretical research of investigation to conduct detailed and solid research on investigation governance theory,to solve the problems of the unitary investigation punishment dominated by investigation organ under the perspective of investigative ontology,to abstract the new viewpoint of investigation epistemology,and to fit the reasonable scale of investigation value theory.
