摘　　要：休闲消费规模扩张不仅关系到我国消费结构升级的实现;更关系到城乡居民能否平等获取发展的机会,真正实现共同富裕。鉴于以往研究对就业质量与城乡休闲消费差距的关注较少,文章着重考察就业质量对休闲消费及其差距的影响,主要基于CFPS2018数据,分别采用模型回归、Oaxaca-blinder分解以及分位数分解方法检验了就业质量与城乡休闲消费差距的关系。结果显示:(1)就业质量正向影响休闲消费,且对家庭旅游消费的边际影响远大于文化消费,对农村劳动者休闲消费的边际影响大于城市劳动者;(2)随着休闲消费水平的提升,就业质量对农村劳动力的休闲消费影响逐渐增大,而对城市劳动者的影响则逐渐降低;(3)就业质量通过降低收入不确定性、增加工作满意度、促进主观地位认同和增加消费信贷促进休闲消费;(4)采用Oaxaca-blinder分解和分位数分解方法的回归结果表明就业质量是导致城乡消费差距的重要因素,这说明缩小城乡劳动者休闲消费差距的关键是缩小城乡劳动力就业质量差距。Based on CFPS2018 data, the relationship between employment quality and urban-rural leisure consumption gap was tested by model regression, Oaxaca-blinder decomposition and quantile decomposition. The results show that:(1) the quality of employment has a positive impact on leisure consumption, the marginal impact on family tourism consumption is far greater than cultural consumption, and the marginal impact on rural workers’ leisure consumption is greater;(2) with the improvement of leisure consumption level, the impact of employment quality on leisure consumption of rural labor force gradually increases, while the impact on urban labor force gradually decreases;(3) employment quality promotes leisure consumption by reducing income uncertainty,increasing job satisfaction, promoting subjective status identity and increasing consumer credit;(4) Oaxaca-blinder decomposition and quantile decomposition further show that the quality of employment is an important factor leading to the urban-rural consumption gap. This shows that the key to narrowing the gap between urban and rural workers’ leisure consumption is to narrow the gap between urban and rural labor employment quality.
