摘　　要：中国共产党对外交工作的领导是中国特色大国外交的本质特征和最大优势。从时代高度、发展角度和世界维度总结新中国成立以来党对外交工作的领导,可以得出以下几条基本经验:坚持党对外交工作的集中统一领导,服务中华民族伟大复兴的需要,准确把握国际社会的时代主题,迅速适应国际环境的变化,牢记中国的身份定位,创造性地坚持独立自主,统筹国内国际两个大局,坚持原则性和灵活性的统一。新中国成立70多年来,正是因为我们党不断深刻总结和正确运用上述历史经验,中国外交才经受住了国际风云变幻的考验,走过了波澜壮阔的历程,取得了举世瞩目的成就,形成了全方位、多层次、立体化的外交布局。继续坚持上述经验原则,新时代中国外交将变得更加主动、更加自信、更加成熟。The leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)over diplomatic work is the essential feature and the greatest advantage of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.Summarizing CPC’s leadership in diplomatic work since the founding of the People’s Republic of China from the perspectives of the times,development and the world,the following basic experiences can be drawn:Adhering to the Party’s centralized and unified leadership over diplomatic work,serving the needs of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,accurately grasping the theme of the times in the international community,quickly adapting to changes in the international environment,keeping in mind China’s identity and positioning,creatively upholding independence,coordinating domestic and international situations,and adhering to the unity of principle and flexibility.Over 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it is precisely because the Party has keptprofoundly summarizing and correctly applying the above historical experience that China’s diplomacy has withstood the test of the changing international situation,gone through a magnificent course,made world-renowned achievements,and formed an all-round,multi-level and three-dimensional diplomatic layout.Continuing to adhere to the above-mentioned experience and principles,China will be more proactive,more confident and more mature in diplomatic work in the new era.
