南斯拉夫联邦解体原因再探析

摘　　要：第一次世界大战后,南斯拉夫国家存在80多年,走过了从王国到联邦再至联盟的艰难道路。它曾是人们津津乐道和仰慕的国家。令人遗憾的是,这个多民族国家却在东欧剧变中遭到肢解,四分五裂。30年后的今天,该地区仍然是中东欧转型国家中发展较为落后的地区之一。这是沉痛的历史教训。南斯拉夫联邦的陨落和解体有其深刻的内因和外因。内因有南共联盟政策失误、国家经济衰退、民族矛盾激化,等等。外因则是美欧大国实行和平演变计划和双重标准,粗暴干涉南斯拉夫联邦内政。可以说,南斯拉夫解体与西方大国对南斯拉夫的蛮横干预是分不开的。After the First world war,the Yugoslav state existed for more than 80 years and went through a difficult road from kingdom to federation to alliance.It used to be a country people took delight to talk about and admired.Regrettably,this multi-ethnic country was torn apart during the drastic changes in Eastern Europe.Today,30 years after its disintegration,the region remains one of the less developed ones among the countries in transition inCentral and Eastern European.This is a painful lesson from history.The fall and disintegration of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia has its profound internal and external causes.The internal reasons include policy mistakes of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia,economic recession of the country,and intensification of ethnic conflicts.The external reason is the peaceful evolution plan and double standards of the US and European powers,which violently interfered in the internal affairs of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.It can be said that the disintegration of Yugoslavia is inseparable from the brutal intervention of the Western powers in Yugoslavia.
