摘  要:近年来,由于环境和健康问题,众多研究者一直专注于寻找与卤化阻燃方案一样有效的无卤化阻燃方案。这一策略是阻燃领域开展的学术工作的主要推动力。硼化合物由于具有低毒性、分子多样性和多种阻燃作用方式,是高分子材料中极具潜力的阻燃添加剂。它们已单独使用或作为辅助剂与膨胀系统、含磷、卤素、氮和含碳添加剂组合使用。本综述全面描述了硼化合物在生物复合材料、热塑性塑料、弹性体以及热固性塑料中具有的阻燃效果,以及与其他阻燃添加剂的协同效应研究。最后,强调了含硼阻燃剂在高分子材料应用的挑战,并憧憬了该领域未来的研究进展。In recent years,due to environmental and health concerns,many researchers have been focusing on finding halogen-free flame retardant solutions that are as effective as halogenated flame retardant solutions.This strategy is a major impetus for academic work in the field of flame retardants.Boron compounds are potential flame retardant additives in polymer materials due to their low toxicity,molecular diversity and various flame retardant action modes.They have been used alone or as adjuvants in combination with expansion systems,phosphorus-,halogen-,nitrogen-and carbon-containing additives.This article comprehensively describes the flame retardant effects of boron compounds in biocomposites,thermoplastics,elastomers,and thermosets,as well as studies on synergistic effects with other flame retardant additives.Finally,the challenges of the application of boron-containing flame retardants in polymer materials are emphasized,and the future research progress in this field was expected.
