摘　　要：储斗作为上辅机粉料系统的重要组成部分,其功能是多方面的,包括对粉料的储存、为加料器提供粉料、隔离上下部环境等。随着轮胎厂信息化水平提高,对产品质量要求增高,储斗也被赋予了一些新的功能,为了实现这些要求,本文分析了储斗功能和储斗结构,提出了一种上辅机粉料系统储斗的设计,为相关设计工作提供参考。As an important part of the powder system of the upper auxiliary machine,the storage bucket has many functions,including the storage of powder,the supply of powder for the feeder,and the isolation of the upper and lower environments.With the improvement of the informatization level of tire factories,the requirements for product quality have increased,and the storage bucket has also been given some new functions.In order to achieve these requirements,this paper analyzes the function and structure of the storage bucket,and proposes a design of the storage bucket for the powder system of the upper auxiliary machine,which provides a reference for the related design work.
