摘  要:水分利用效率(WUE)是研究作物固碳效率、生态变化的重要指标,对于实际生产灌溉及节水农业等方面均具有重要参考意义。本研究利用不同温度条件下玉米幼苗的光合光响应模型,评估不同温度下的最大光合速率及最大蒸腾速率,用以分析WUE (P_(n)/T_(t))对光强和温度的响应。结果表明,同一温度下或同一光照下,随光照或温度增加,P_(n)、T_(r)和WUE均呈指数增长,光强和温度对于玉米幼苗的光合、蒸腾等影响生长的因素存在明显的耦合效应,WUE获得最大值时光照强度大于200μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),温度为17.5°C,这一温度低于本研究中光合速率、蒸腾速率和呼吸速率最大时对应的温度(30.0、30.0和45.0°C)。因此,全球气候变暖条件下提高作物水分利用效率的研究与实践面临巨大挑战。Water use efficiency (WUE) is an important indicator to study the efficiency of crop carbon sequestration and ecological changes,and is an important reference for practical production of irrigation and water-saving agriculture.In this study,the maximum photosynthetic rate and maximum transpiration rate of maize seedlings at different temperatures were evaluated using a photosynthetic photoresponse model to analyze the WUE (P_(n)/T_(r)) response to light intensity and temperature.The results showed that P_(n),T_(r)and WUE increased exponentially with increasing light or temperature at the same temperature or under the same light,and there was a significant coupling effect of light intensity and temperature on the factors affecting the growth of maize seedlings,such as photosynthesis and transpiration.WUE obtained a maximum when light intensity was greater than 200μmol·m^(-2)s^(-1)and the temperature was 17.5°C.This temperature was lower than the temperatures corresponding to the maximum photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and respiration rate in this study (30.0,30.0 and 45.0°C).Therefore,research and practice to improve WUE of crops under global warming conditions face great challenges.
