摘  要:针对连续管定向钻井装置中存在的不足,基于液压摆动油缸原理,设计出可连续旋转、精度高且结构简单的连续管侧钻井下定向器。该定向器最大工作扭矩1500 N·m,可实现±200°双向旋转调整工具面角,满足井温120℃、压差35 MPa以内的施工井况。室内试验结果表明:旋转定向装置的转角、工作扭矩、密封绝缘,以及在高温、振动情况下仪器电子控制单元及液压控制单元的抗温抗振性能均符合预期。在现场应用2井次,实现了对井眼轨迹的实时测量以及工具面的调整。该旋转定向装置的研制成功可为开展连续管侧钻提供技术支撑。Considering the shortcomings of coiled tubing directional drilling device,based on the principle of hydraulic swing cylinder,a downhole directional device was designed for coiled tubing sidetracking,it is featured by continuous rotation,high precision and simple structure.The directional device has the maximum working torque of 1500 N·m,which can realize±200°bidirectional rotation to adjust the tool face angle and apply to the well conditions with temperature of 120℃and pressure difference within 35 MPa.The indoor test shows that,under high temperature and vibration conditions,the rotation angle,working torque and sealing insulation of the rotary directional device,as well as the temperature resistance and vibration resistance of the electronic control unit and hydraulic control unit of the device all meet the expectations.It was applied in 2 wells and realized the real-time measurement of borehole trajectory and the adjustment of tool surface.The successful development of the rotary directional device provide technical support for coiled tubing sidetracking.
