摘  要:针对错流膜过滤过程中油滴间碰撞及聚并动力学规律的研究较为缺乏的现状,展开了相关研究。通过数值模拟对油相体积分数变化进行分析,采用控制变量法来研究孔隙率或温度对膜通量和截留率的影响,进行了多级膜过滤处理乳化含油废水试验。研究结果表明:随着孔隙率的增加,膜通量先增大后不变,截留率先不变后减小;随着旋转角速度的增大,渗透液出口和过滤膜表面的油相体积分数会减小,膜通量和截留率均增大;随着温度的升高,膜通量逐渐增大,截留率先增大后逐渐降低;利用超滤膜在孔隙率为0.4,旋转角速度为9 rad/s,温度为310 K的工况下进一步处理含油废水,可达到排放标准,截留率达95.05%。所得结论可为乳化含油废水处理提供理论依据。Former research on the collision and coalescence dynamics of oil droplets in cross-flow membrane filtration was rare,so some tries were made in this paper.The change of oil phase volume fraction was analyzed by means of numerical simulation,and the influence of porosity or temperature on membrane flux and interception rate was studied by using controlled variable method.The experiment of multi-stage membrane filtration treatment of emulsified oily wastewater was carried out.The results show that,with the increase of porosity,the membrane flux increases at first and then remains stable,while the interception rate remains stable first and then decreases.With the increase of rotating angular velocity,the volume fraction of oil phase at permeate outlet and filter membrane surface decreases,and both membrane flux and interception rate increase.With the increase of temperature,the membrane flux increases gradually,and the interception rate increases first and then decreases gradually.By using ultrafiltration membrane to further treat oily wastewater under the conditions of porosity of 0.4,rotation angular velocity of 9 rad/s and temperature of 310 K,the result can reach the discharge standard with interception rate up to 95.05%.The conclusions provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of emulsified oily wastewater.
