摘 要:穿越隧道的天然气管道因受到清管器的强烈撞击会产生应力集中问题,进而可能产生重大生产安全事故。为了保证隧道天然气管道的清管安全,以某隧道穿越管道为研究对象,基于ABAQUS显示动力学平台,建立了隧道天然气管道支墩敷设及覆土敷设管道清管模型,考虑支墩敷设与覆土敷设2种敷设形式,分析了清管器质量、清管器初始速度及斜管倾角等关键参数下清管器的冲击载荷,研究了穿越隧道管道在清管作业时,斜管倾角与清管器速度的关系,并建立了安全清管条件。研究结果表明:清管器质量对管道应力影响较小,斜管倾角与清管器初始速度的增加均会引起管道应力的增大;斜管倾斜角度对支墩敷设管道的应力影响较大,当所输送介质压力较大(10 MPa及以上)时,应避免出现支墩敷设管道的斜管倾角大于30°的情况,在施工条件允许的情况下,尽量将其控制在25°以内,覆土敷设管道的斜管倾斜角度在20°以内时,清管作业安全。所得结论有助于穿越隧道管道的设计及清管方案的制定。The tunnel-through gas pipeline produces stress concentration due to the strong impact of pigs,which may lead to major production safety accidents.For ensuring the pigging safety of tunnel-through gas pipeline,with a tunnel-through pipeline as the study object,the pigging models of tunnel-through gas pipeline with consideration to two laying modes(buttress and covered soil)were established based on the ABAQUS display dynamics platform.With these models,the impact load of the pig with the key parameters such as pig mass,initial pig speed and inclined pipe angle were analyzed.The relationship between inclined pipe angle and pig speed during pigging operation was identified and the safe pigging conditions were presented.The results show that the pig mass has little influence on the pipeline stress,while the increase of the inclined pipe angle and the initial pig speed will increase the pipeline stress.Inclined pipe angle has a greater influence on the stress of pipeline laid on buttress.When the transmission medium has high pressure(10 MPa or above),it is necessary to avoid the inclined pipe angle of the pipeline laid on buttress being greater than 30°;if the construction conditions permit,the angle should be controlled within 25°.For the pipeline laid on covered soil,the pigging operation is safe when the inclined pipe angle is lower than 20°.The conclusion is helpful to the design of tunnel-through pipeline and the formulation of pigging scheme.
