摘　　要：少数民族企业的发展是推动我国少数民族地区经济发展的抓手之一,在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的背景下,促进少数民族地区经济发展不仅有利于提高少数民族同胞的获得感和幸福感,而且有利于我国民族团结。从运营模式来看,少数民族企业是传统企业的一种辨识性符号,其在组织结构、运营规则等方面大致与传统商事企业相一致;从运营目的来看,少数民族企业由于其特殊使命,享受着不同于一般商事企业的政策优惠扶持。因此,少数民族企业注定要与一般商事企业相区分,在法律界定与法律规制等方面也应当具有其特殊性。The development of minority enterprises is one of the important measures to promote the economic development of minority areas in China.It is not only conducive to improving the sense of gains and happiness of minority groups,but also to national unity in China in the context of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.From the analysis of operation mode,the minority enterprise is a kind of identification symbol of the traditional company,its organizational structure,governance rules and other aspects are roughly consistent with the traditional commercial enterprise;From the perspective of operation purpose,minority enterprises enjoy preferential policy support different from general commercial enterprises because of their special mission.Therefore,minority enterprises need to be distinguished from general commercial enterprises and should have their particularity in the aspects of legal definition and legal regulation.
