摘　　要：为总结胎儿心律失常孕妇的母胎护理经验,为开展胎儿心律失常母胎护理提供依据,本研究回顾了2018年1-9月青岛市妇女儿童医院产科收治的6例胎儿心律失常孕妇的病历资料,从期待治疗的胎心监测、经胎盘转运药物治疗的母胎用药监测、母体病情监测、心理护理、手术前后护理、母婴分离及产妇母乳喂养指导护理共6个方面对母体进行专业的全方位护理。结果发现:2例孕妇经期待治疗后正常出院待产,4例经相关治疗护理后适时行剖宫产,结局均较好,说明专业的全方位护理对于胎儿心律失常的转归具有积极意义。Objective:To summarize the maternal and fetal nursing experience of pregnant women with fetal arrhythmia and provide the basis for carrying out maternal and fetal nursing of fetal arrhythmia,this study reviewed the medical records of 6 pregnant women with fetal arrhythmia in Department of Obstetrics,Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital from January 2018 to September 2018,including fetal heart rate monitoring in expectant treatment,and six fields of professional comprehensive nursing:maternal and fetal medication monitoring of transplacental drug delivery,maternal condition monitoring,psychological nursing,preoperative and postoperative nursing,mother-infant separation,and maternal breastfeeding guidance nursing.The results showed that 2 pregnant women were discharged after expectant treatment and ready for delivery,and 4 patients were given cesarean section as appropriate after related treatment and nursing.The outcomes were good.Professional comprehensive nursing has a positive significance for the outcome of fetal arrhythmia.
