基层医院药房药品的养护储存问题及对策分析

摘　　要：基层医院的药品质量管理工作对医院的整体建设具有重要意义,为了使基层医院持续发挥高质量、具体化与人性化的医药服务,基层医院要建立统一的药房管理计划,做好药品综合管理,减少药品纠纷问题。如今,基层医院药房多存在药品冷链管理不当、医药人员专业技术不足等问题。对此,医院需要做好药品监督等工作,利用现代化技术来提升药品监督管理质量,确保用药安全性。The drug quality management of primary hospitals has an important significance on the overall construction of hospitals.In order to enable continuous,high-quality,specific and humanized medical services of primary hospitals,primary hospitals should establish a unified pharmacy management plan,perform comprehensive drug management and reduce drug disputes.At present,there are many problems in the pharmacy of primary hospitals,such as improper management of drug cold chain,and insufficient professional technology of medical personnel.Therefore,hospitals should perform drug supervision,and use modern technology to improve the quality of drug supervision and management and ensure medication safety.
