摘　　要：为解决YJ27滤嘴接装机搓烟轮在日常生产中清理频次高、清洁保养后安装时间长等问题,对搓烟轮的结构、积胶的成因、安装的难点进行分析,确定搓烟轮承烟槽易形成积胶的原因,搓接过程中烟组受到搓板挤压使少量胶液溢出,搓烟轮安装时间长的原因是定位步骤繁琐。针对这2个因素对搓烟轮承烟槽进行优化改进,重新设计搓烟轮安装定位机构,将现有搓烟轮平均每班清理频次由7.2次降低为4.3次,搓烟轮平均安装时间由8.32 min缩短到3.78 min。In order to solve the problems of high cleaning frequency and long installation time after cleaning and maintenance of the cigarette roller of YJ27 filter adapter in daily production,the structure of the cigarette roller,the causes of glue accumulation and the difficulties in installation are analyzed. It is determined that the reason why the cigarette holder of the cigarette roller is easy to form glue accumulation is that the cigarette group is squeezed by the washboard during the splicing process,which makes a small amount of glue overflow,and the reason why the cigarette roller is installed for a long time is that the positioning steps are cumbersome. Aiming at these two factors,optimize and improve the smoke bearing groove of the cigarette roller,redesign the installation and positioning mechanism of the cigarette roller,reduce the average cleaning frequency of the existing cigarette roller from 7.2 times to 4.3 times per shift,and shorten the average installation time of the cigarette roller from 8.32 minutes to 3.78 minutes.
