摘  要:以水作为分散介质,聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为低表面能单体,纳米银(AgNPs)作为抗菌剂,通过超声的方法,使其充分混合制备AgNPs-PDMS乳液。将常温常压等离子体表面处理机刻蚀后的涤纶织物浸渍于AgNPs-PDMS乳液中,再进行焙烘,制备出具有自清洁和抗菌功能的AgNPs-PDMS涂层涤纶织物。当乳液中PDMS质量分数为1%,AgNPs质量浓度为200 mg/L时,AgNPsPDMS涂层涤纶织物的水接触角(WCA)为148.9°,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到99.99%;经过50次洗涤之后,WCA为145.1°,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率保持在99.99%,表现出良好的耐水洗性。Using water as dispersion medium,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)as low surface energy monomer and nano silver(AgNPs)as antibacterial agent,AgNPs-PDMS emulsion was prepared by ultrasonic mixing.Polyester fabric etched by plasma surface processor at normal temperature and pressure was dipped in AgNPs-PDMS emulsion,and then baked,and AgNPs-PDMS coated polyester fabric with self-cleaning and antibacterial functions was prepared.When the mass fraction of PDMS in emulsion was 1%and the mass concentration of AgNPs was 200 mg/L,the contact angle(WCA)of AgNPs-PDMS coated polyester fabric was148.9°,and the antibacterial rate to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 99.99%.After 50 times of washing,the WCA was 145.1°,and the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus remained at 99.99%,showing excellent washing durability.
