摘 要:对涤纶碱减量残液在酸性条件下的析出物进行溶解性能分析,并通过红外光谱、液相色谱-质谱联用等现代分析技术手段,结合酸值测定和高温分散性能评价,对其溶解性、化学结构、分散性进行系统性研究。结果表明:该酸析物在DMF和甲醇溶剂中有较好的溶解性,根据红外光谱和液质联用分析结果进一步判断,该酸析物主要成分是对苯二甲酸。染中素TF-257对酸析物有优异的分散效果。The solubility of the precipitates of polyester alkali deweighting residue under acidic conditions was analyzed, and its solubility, chemical structure and dispersion property were systematically studied by modern analytical techniques such as infrared spectroscopy, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, combined with acid value determination and high-temperature dispersion evaluation. The results showed that the acid precipitates had good solubility in DMF and methanol solvent, and the main component of the acid condensate was terephthalic acid according to the results of infrared spectroscopy and liquid chromatographymass spectrometry. TF-257 had excellent dispersion effect on acid precipitates.
