摘 要:【目的】发现水稻中新的耐冷性基因,进一步解析水稻耐冷机制和培育耐冷水稻材料。【方法】在籼稻材料赣香B中过表达东乡野生稻中冷胁迫响应基因OsOMTL1,进行苗期耐冷性分析,并进行该基因的表达模式研究和基因型分析。【结果】过表达OsOMTL1可以提高水稻苗期冷处理后的存活率,但同时会抑制植株生长。该基因主要在叶片中表达,并且受到冷胁迫的诱导表达。该基因表达蛋白主要在细胞质中。基因型分析表明该基因存在显著的籼粳分化。【结论】过表达OsOMTL1可以增强水稻苗期的耐冷性。[Objective]The discovery of new cold tolerance genes in rice is helpful for further understanding the cold tolerance mechanism of rice and breeding cold tolerant rice.[Method]OsOMTL1,a response gene to cold stress in Dongxiang wild rice,was overexpressed in Ganxiang B,an indica rice material.The cold tolerance of the transgenic lines was tested.Meanwhile,the expression pattern and genotype of OsOMTL1 were explored.[Result]Overexpression OsOMTL1 could improve the rice seedling survive rate after cold treatment,it would also inhibit plant growth.This gene was mainly expressed in leaves and induced by cold stress.Its expressed protein was mainly located in cytoplasm.Genotype analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the gene between indica and japonica rice.[Conclusion]Overexpression OsOMTL1 could enhance the cold tolerance of rice seedling.
