摘 要:【目的】研究不同生根剂对木薯生根与结薯、产量的影响,为木薯高产高效栽培提供技术支撑。【方法】以清水为对照(CK),将3种生根剂设置3个质量浓度,分别为双吉尔1.00 g/L(Ah)、0.50 g/L(Am)、0.20 g/L(Al),国光生根粉3.33 g/L(Bh)、1.67 g/L(Bm)、0.83 g/L(Bl),固信生根粉40.00 g/L(Ch)、20.00 g/L(Cm)、10.00 g/L(Cl),然后把木薯种茎截成15 cm长的种茎段,以头部浸在生根剂溶液中30 s,取出一部分扦插于育苗杯中,观察其生根情况,另一部分种植于大田,收获时测量产量。【结果】(1)处理7 d后,清水对照未有根系长出,而不同生根剂不同浓度处理均促进了木薯种茎长出了数量不等的根系。(2)处理35 d后,3种生根剂不同浓度处理的木薯种茎生根数量有差别,其中,双吉尔0.25 g/L(Al)、国光生根粉3.33 g/L(Bh)处理的生根数量最多,显著高于对照;固信生根粉的3个浓度处理都不同程度的抑制了木薯种茎的生根数量,其中10.00 g/L(Cl)抑制效果最大。(3)各处理的木薯块根产量高低顺序为:Al、Bh、Bm、Ah、Bl、Am、Cm、Ch、CK、Cl,其中,Al、Bh、Bm处理的产量分别为35 898.5,35 349.5,35 287.0 kg/hm^(2),显著高于清水对照(CK),其余处理的块根产量与对照差异不显著。(4)经相关性检测分析,木薯种茎的生根数量与单株结薯条数和产量呈显著正相关关系。【结论】不同浓度的生根剂处理均可以促进木薯种茎提早生根,双吉尔0.25 g/L和国光生根粉3.33 g/L可以显著增加木薯品种‘华南205’的根系数量和提高块根产量。[Objective]This study aims to investigate the effect of different rooting agents on cassava rooting and tuberization and yield,thus providing technical support for high yield and high efficiency cultivation of cassava.[Method]With water as the control(CK),the three rooting agents were set at three concentrations,GGR 1.00 g/L(Ah)、0.50 g/L(Am)、0.20 g/L(Al),Guoguang rooting power 3.33 g/L(Bh)、1.67 g/L(Bm)、0.83 g/L(Bl),and Guxin rooting power 40.00 g/L(Ch)、20.00 g/L(Cm)、10.00 g/L(Cl).The cassava stems were cut into15-cm segments and dipped in the rooting agent solution with their heads for 30 s.One part of the cuttings was taken out and planted in seedling cups to observe the rooting,and the other part was planted in the field and the yield was measured at harvest.[Result]The results showed that(1)After 7 days of treatment,root did not grow in water control,however,different rooting agents and different concentrations promoted the growth of roots of cassava stems.(2)After 35 days of treatment,the root numbers of cassava seed stem treated with different concentrations of three rooting agents were different.Among them,the root quantity was the highest in the treatment of GGR 0.25 g/L(Al),and Guoguang rooting power 3.33 g/L(Bh),which was significantly higher than that of CK;the three concentrations of Guxin rooting power treatments all inhibited the root quantity of cassava stems to different degrees,with 10.00 g/L(Cl)having the highest inhibition effect.(3)The rank of cassava yields of each treatment was Al,Bh,Bm,Ah,Bl,Am,Cm,Ch,CK,Cl.Among them,the yield of Al,Bh and Bm was 35 898.5 kg/ha,35 349.5 kg/ha and 35 287.0 kg/ha,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of CK,and the difference of other treatments was not significant.(4)By correlation analysis,the root quantity of cassava stems was significantly and positively correlated with tuber quantity per plant and yield.[Conclusion]Rooting agent treatment can promote early rooting of cassava stems,the GGR 0.25 g/L and Guoguang rooting power 3.3
