基于二十五音理论诊疗耳鸣

摘　　要：二十五音,出自《黄帝内经》“五音”相关理论及体质分类学说,是把“角徵宫商羽”五音按照古琴排列、发音和手足三阳经在人体上下循行,以及阴阳五行之气的盛衰进一步细分为二十五音,在分类上更加具体,体现了中医的辨证论治原则。以二十五音诊断耳鸣包括体质分类法、发音频率分类法、耳鸣频率分类法三种主流方法。以二十五音治疗耳鸣应遵循左右择取原则、五行生克原则,在辨证的基础上分清脏腑虚实,选择单个或数个乐曲进行治疗。Twenty-five Tones, which was derived from the theory of "Five Tones" and the theory of constitution classification in Huang Di Nei Jing.It was developed by further subdividing the five tones of "Jiao Zheng Gong Shang Yu" into twenty-five tones according to the arrangement of the guqin, the pronunciation, and the up and down movement of the three Yang meridians of the hands and feet in the human body, as well as the rise and fall of Yin and Yang Qi and the Five Elements.This is more specific in classification, reflecting the TCM principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The diagnosis of tinnitus by twenty-five tones includes three main methods: constitution classification, pronunciation frequency classification, and tinnitus frequency classification.However, treating tinnitus with twenty-five tones should follow the principle of choosing from left or right, and the principle of producing or restriction among Five Elements.Based on syndrome differentiation, the deficiency and excess of the viscera are distinguished, and a single or several pieces of music are selected in treatment.
