“诸湿肿满,皆属于脾”对前列腺癌诊治的启示

摘　　要：“诸湿肿满,皆属于脾”揭示了与湿邪相关的水湿停滞、胀满水肿类疾病可从脾脏论治的思路。从脾虚湿盛的角度分析前列腺癌的形成可知,脾失健运是湿邪产生的主要原因,湿蕴腺体、生邪化毒是前列腺癌产生的病理关键,脾虚湿盛、邪毒胶结是前列腺癌进展的重要病机。治疗前列腺癌应以健脾祛湿为基础,据实化裁,辨证加减。此外,一些中药被证实有抗癌效果,可在健脾之余适当配伍。"Kinds of Dampness and Swelling belonging to Spleen"reveals the idea that the diseases related to Dampness and Swelling can be treated from perspective of Spleen.Analyzing the formation of prostate cancer from the perspective of Spleen deficiency and Dampness exuberance,it can be seen that the main reason for Dampness is Spleen dysfunction.Dampness in glands and the generation of evil and toxins are the key pathological factors of prostate cancer.Spleen deficiency and Dampness exuberance and toxin cementation are important pathogenesis of prostate cancer progression.Therefore,the treatment of prostate cancer should be based on strengthening the Spleen and removing Dampness and modified prescriptions can be used according to the actual cases.In addition,some traditional Chinese medicines have been proven to have anti-cancer effects,which can be properly used in combination in addition to strengthening the Spleen.
