从君相二火探讨慢性前列腺炎的治疗

摘　　要：君火即心火,可主持神明以协调各脏运行;相火寄于肝肾,在肝为雷,在肾为龙,为推动人体内部运动的基础之火、动力来源,运行周身以平秘阴阳,与君火共同保持人体内在机理稳定。慢性前列腺炎发病的重要机理是“君不惟神,相不惟力”。君不惟神则君火亢盛;相不惟力则相火妄动。治疗慢性前列腺炎时,若属君火旺盛导致者,以清为主,可选黄连清心饮、导赤散为主方;若属相火妄动导致者,以补为主,可以柴胡类方为主方。Sovereign Fire is the Fire of the Heart, which can preside over the spirits to coordinate the operation of the various organs.Ministerial Fire is attached to the Liver and Kidney.In the Liver it is like thunder while in the Kidney it is like dragon.It is the basic Fire and source of power to promote the internal movement of the human body.It runs through the whole body to balance the Yin and Yang, and maintains the internal mechanism stability with the sovereign Fire.An important mechanism of the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis is that "Sovereign Fire fails to focus on the spirits and Ministerial Fire fails to focus on the force".If fails to focus on the spirits, the Sovereign Fire would be excessive.If fails to focus on the force, the Ministerial Fire would act rashly.In treatment of chronic prostatitis, if it is caused by strong Sovereign Fire, the main method is to clear Heat of the Heart, and Huanglian Qingxin Drink or Daochi Powder can be selected as the main prescription.If it is caused by rash movement of the Ministerial Fire, supplement is the main treatment method, and the Chaihu type prescriptions can be used as the main prescriptions.
