王光安运用“脾胃归元针法”治疗痤疮经验

摘　　要：痤疮好发于青春期男女,由于先天禀赋不足、冲任失调、恣食肥甘厚腻,抑或过食辛辣、或者熬夜、郁怒、思虑过度等,致使气机升降失常,发为本病。治疗时采用“脾胃归元针法”,主要选取左侧足太阴脾经的阴陵泉、地机、漏谷以及右侧足阳明胃经的足三里、上巨虚、下巨虚。以上6穴合用,共同调整脾脏的运化与胃腑的受纳功能,促进脾升胃降功能恢复。中焦脾胃气机恢复如常,则五脏气化如常,痤疮症状逐渐消退。Acne often occurs in adolescent men and women.Due to lack of congenital natural endowment,imbalance of Chong and Ren,unbridled eating of fat,sweet and greasy,or excessive eating of spicy food,or staying up late,anger,excessive thinking,etc.,resulting in abnormal rise and fall of Qi movement,resulting in this disease."Leading Spleen and Stomach Qi returning to its primordial location acupuncture"is often used in the treatment.Mainly select Yinlingquan,Diji,Liaogu of the left foot Taiyin spleen meridian,and Zusanli,Shangjuxu,Xiajuxu of the right foot Yangming stomach meridian.The above 6 acupoints are used together to adjust the transportation and transformation of the Spleen and the acceptance of the Stomach,and promote the recovery of the normal functional state of the Spleen ascending and the Stomach descending.When the Spleen and Stomach Qi movement of the middle Jiao returns to normal,the Qi transformation function of the five Zang organs returns to normal,and the symptoms of acne gradually subside.
