摘  要:为了避免机械搅拌器断轴修复时间过长导致的载荷提高且浆液沉积问题,提出一种机械搅拌器断轴粘接用胶粘剂制备与修复性能分析。制备硅烷改性聚醚胶粘接修复机械搅拌器断轴,研究胶粘剂性能对粘接修复效果的影响,得出填料质量分数区间为50%~60%、聚醚多元醇含量为7%、混合使用0.3%的有机金属类催化剂与0.05%的叔胺类催化剂时所制备胶粘剂性能最好。In order to avoid the problems of load increase and slurry deposition caused by broken shaft of mechanical agitator for long period after repairing,a kind of adhesive preparation is proposed for broken shaft of mechanical agitator and its repair performance is analyzed.Silane-modified polyether adhesive is prepared to repair the broken shaft of mechanical stirrers.The influence of adhesive properties on the repaired effect is studied.The results show that the best adhesive properties are obtained when the mass fraction of filler is 50%~60%,the content of polyether polyol is 7%,and the mixture of 0.3%organometallic catalyst and 0.05%tertiary amine catalyst is the best.
