摘　　要：报道一款苯乙烯挥发抑制剂,外观呈白色膏状物,物态类似凡士林,应用于树脂中抑制苯乙烯的挥发。并对比了该苯乙烯挥发抑制剂与市场上常用的苯乙烯挥发抑制剂BYK s740和华昌601的应用性能,测试了三款苯乙烯挥发抑制剂对邻苯、间苯、对苯、乙烯基树脂的挥发抑制剂效果。实验证明:本文报道的苯乙烯挥发抑制剂具有无刺激性气味、流动性好、施工性强、通用于各类树脂的优点。本实验采用的技术方案是:高沸点液态烷烃异十二烷作为溶剂,该溶剂无色无味;采用几种石蜡协同,52#石蜡20~40份、58#石蜡30~50份、64#石蜡30~50份。该苯乙烯挥发抑制剂制备方法简单,成本低廉,挥发抑制效果较好,能够实现产业化生产。This paper reports a novel styrene volatilization inhibitor,which appears as a white paste and resembles petroleum jelly.It is used in resin to inhibit the volatilization of styrene. The application performance of this styrene volatilization inhibitor was compared with the commonly used styrene volatilization inhibitors BYK S740 and Huachang 601 on the market,and the volatilization inhibitor effect of the three styrene volatilization inhibitors on o-benzene,m-benzene,p-benzene and vinyl resin was tested.The experimental results show that the styrene volatilization inhibitor reported in this paper has the advantages of no irritating odor,good fluidity,strong construction,and can be used in all kinds of resins. The technical scheme used in this experiment is: high boiling point liquid alkane isododecane as solvent,the solvent is colorless and tasteless.Using several kinds of paraffin coordination,52 # paraffin 20 ~ 40,58 # paraffin 30 ~ 50,64 # paraffin 30 ~ 50. The preparation method of the styrene volatilization inhibitor is simple,the cost is low,the volatilization inhibition effect is good,and the industrialization can be realized.
