摘 要:氨苄青霉素是一种β-内酰胺类抗生素,用于治疗和预防细菌感染。它是80多年来使用最广泛的抗菌药物,至今仍是最重要的一类抗生素。其作为生长促进剂和化学治疗/预防剂在兽医实践中广泛使用,导致食品中大量残留,对健康造成严重危害。由于动物实验和农业生产中氨苄青霉素的滥用,用简便、灵敏、快速的方法测定氨苄青霉素在生物系统中的含量已迫在眉睫。鉴于其药理意义,对其检测和定量研究已做了大量工作。本文综述了近22年来测定氨苄青霉素的方法。依据使用的不同检测体系,对检测方法进行如下分类:分光光度法、比色法、色谱法、表面增强拉曼光谱法、电化学法、化学发光法、荧光法、表面等离子体共振法和光电化学传感法。本综述主旨在于进一步鼓励和启发感兴趣的研究者开发新的方法,为今后氨苄青霉素的检测提供更实用、更成熟的方法。Ampicillin is a kind of β-lactam antibiotics which used to treat and prevent bacterial infections.Ampicillin antibiotics have been the most widely used antimicrobial drugs for more than 80 years and still constitute the most important group of antibiotics.Their extensive use in veterinary medicine practices as growth promoters,and chemotherapeutic and prophylactic agents causes numerous residues in foodstuffs which present a serious health hazard. Owning to the misuse of the ampicillin in animal hysbadry and agriculture,it was highly urgent to determine the quantification of ampicillin in biological systems by the simple,sensitive,and fast method. In view of its pharmacological importance,considerable work has been done for its detection and quantification.This article reviews the methods for the determination of ampicillin in the past 22 years.These methods are classified according to the different detection systems used: spectrophotometry,colorimetry,chromatography,surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy,electrochemical,Chemiluminescence,fluorescence,surface plasmon resonance and photoelectrochemical aptasensor.The current review focuses on aims to further encourage and inspire targeted readers to develop new approaches which fabricating more practical and mature for ampicillin detection in the future.
