摘  要:工业氯化钡是一种重要的化工原料,在化学工业、机械工业、纺织工业、皮革工业、农业等领域有广阔的应用及市场前景。综述国内工业制备氯化钡的生产不同工艺方法,如盐酸-硫化钡法、氯化镁法、盐酸-碳酸钡法、氯化钙法,并详细分析各种生产工艺的特点,指出具有污染小、生产工艺简单、成本低等特点的“盐酸-碳酸钡”法将是我国今后生产主流工艺。并对工业氯化钡工艺技术今后开发研究提出相关的建议,指出节能减排是重点。Barium chloride is an important chemical raw material,which has a wide range of applications and excellent market prospects in chemical industry,machinery industry,textile industry,leather industry,agriculture and other fields. Herein,the different production methods of domestic industrial preparation of barium chloride were reviewed,such as hydrochloric acid-barium sulfide method,magnesium chloride method,hydrochloric acid-barium carbonate method,calcium chloride method,and the characteristics of each process were discussed in detail.It is pointed out that hydrochloric acid-barium carbonate process with low pollution,simple production process and low cost will be the main production process in the future. Some suggestions were put forward for the future development of industrial barium chloride technology,and it was pointed out that energy saving and emission reduction was the emphasis.
