摘 要:基于海洋石油工程施工现场,总结了现有有色金属管道焊接背部充氩常用的整体充氩和局部充氩方法,整体充氩方式生产效率低、氩气消耗量大、施工成本高,且不利于绿色节能环保,而现有局部充氩的水溶纸方式暂无统一标准,且使用条件有严格限制,对管道试压介质有严格要求,另外常用的海绵塞子局部充氩的方式密封性能一般、操作效率低、易磨损,重复使用率低,基于此改进设计了气缸式自动膨胀充氩保护装置,主要由气缸、橡胶塞子、传动轴等构成。本装置重量轻,充氩之前将充氩装置放置到位,再启动气缸带动橡胶塞通过挤压膨胀,该装置密封性强,塞子自身放置到位过程与管内壁无摩擦,达到重复使用损耗较小的目的,保证装置自身使用寿命。经过施工现场实际应用,发现对于150 mm管道焊接,使用本改进的气缸式自动膨胀充氩保护装置进行管道背部充氩保护,可有效减少焊接过程的氩气使用量75%以上。Based on the construction site of offshore oil engineering,the overall argon filling and partial argon filling methods commonly used in the welding back of non-ferrous metal pipelines are summarized. The overall argon filling method has low production efficiency,large argon consumption,high construction cost,and is not conducive to green energy saving and environmental protection,and the existing water-soluble paper method of partial argon filling has no unified standard,and the use conditions are strictly limited,and there are strict requirements for the piping pressure test medium.In addition,the commonly used method of partial argon filling of sponge plugs has common sealing performance and operation,low efficiency,easy wear,and low reusability.Based on this,a cylinder-type automatic expansion argon filling protection device is improved and designed,which is mainly composed of a cylinder,rubber plug,drive shaft,etc.The device is not heavy,and before filling argon,place the argon filling device in place,and then start the cylinder to drive the rubber plug to expand through extrusion. The device has strong sealing performance.The process of placing the plug itself in place has no friction with the inner wall of the tube,so as to achieve less loss in repeated use,in order to ensure the service life of the device itself. After practical application at the construction site,it was found that for 150 mm pipeline welding,using the improved cylinder-type automatic expansion argon filling protection device for argon filling protection on the back of the pipeline can effectively reduce the amount of argon gas used in the welding process by more than 75%.
