摘  要:对某硝盐厂含氨尾气的各种工况进行分析并计算尾气排放量,设计流程对尾气进行吸收处理。通过理论计算和Aspen Plus模拟对氨吸收塔的水喷淋量、塔径进行计算。再结合不同工况,优化了正常工况下水喷淋量并计算循环氨水的浓度,增加氨水换热器对循环氨水进行冷却,保证吸收效果。最后在顶部增加缩颈段更好地保证尾气吸收效果。此文章可为同类企业提供一定的参考价值。Various working conditions of ammonia tail gas in a nitrate production factory are analyzed and the exhaust emissions are calculated.The ammonia tail gas is absorbed and treated by the design process.Through theoretical calculation and Aspen Plus simulation,the water spray quantity and diameter of ammonia absorber are calculated.Combined with different working conditions,the water spraying amount under normal working conditions was optimized and the concentration of circulating ammonia water was calculated.The ammonia heat exchanger was added to cool the circulating ammonia water to ensure the absorption effect.Finally,the necking section is added at the top to better ensure the exhaust gas absorption effect.This article can provide certain reference value for similar enterprises.
