摘 要:某冶炼厂电解生产过程中会出现阴极铜上沿漂浮粒子,针对这一情况,采集了该厂为期6个月的阳极铜化验分析数据,分析了砷元素对铜电解生产的影响。生产实践证明,当阴极铜顶部出现上沿漂浮粒子时,阳极铜中砷的质量分数低于0.03%,且满足As与Sb+Bi的质量分数比值小于1的条件,可见阳极铜中砷含量过低不利于电解精炼生产。基于上述研究,提出通过适当提高阳极铜中砷的含量、电解液过滤、优化净液工序的参数控制等可预防阴极铜上沿漂浮粒子的出现。Floating particles will appear on the upper edge of cathode copper in the electro-refining production of a smelter.Regarding to this situation,the paper collects the laboratory analysis data of anode copper in the smelter for 6 months to analyze the influence of arsenic on the copper electro-refining production.Production practice shows that the mass fraction of arsenic in anode copper is less than 0.03%,thus satisfying the condition that the mass fraction ratio of As to Sb+Bi is less than 1 once floating particles appearing on the upper edge of cathode copper.It can be seen that high or low arsenic content in anode copper is not conducive to electro-refining production.Based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward the floating particles appearing on the upper edge of cathode copper can be prevented by appropriately increasing the arsenic content in the anode copper,filtering the electrolyte,optimizing the parameter control of the electrolyte purification process,and improving the fine operation management level,etc..
