摘　　要：结合垃圾焚烧飞灰填埋现状以及现行标准要求,探讨了采用生活垃圾填埋场进行飞灰填埋时飞灰填埋专区的设置问题,以及采用危险废物安全填埋场进行飞灰填埋时的常见问题。分析认为,首先考虑利用现有生活垃圾填埋场土地空间进行飞灰专区的规划,同时由于危险废物柔性安全填埋场采用的技术标准较生活垃圾填埋场的标准更高,建议取消飞灰进入柔性安全填埋场前水溶性盐含量检测的限制。The paper discusses the setting of fly ash landfill area in the case of using domestic waste landfill for fly ash landfill and the common problems in the case of using hazardous waste safety landfill for fly ash landfill in combination with the status quo of fly ash landfill in waste incineration and the requirements of current standards.According to the analysis,the land space of the existing domestic waste landfills should be considered first for the planning of the fly ash special area.At the same time,since the technical standards adopted by the hazardous waste flexible safety landfills are higher than those of the domestic waste landfills,it is suggested to cancel the restrictions on the detection of water-soluble salt content before the fly ash enters the flexible safety landfill.
