摘  要:以上海老港垃圾填埋场垃圾渗滤液处置工程作为分析案例,着重介绍在老龄渗滤液处置的核心技术及分享工艺改造设计的成功经验。通过将具有完全自主知识产权的核心技术——高效短程硝化反硝化与复合微生物菌技术的整合应用,以及对现场原有矿化垃圾床改造利用所进行的工艺改造设计,克服了老龄渗滤液可生化性差、碳氮比失调的所导致的碳源投加量高、运行成本高和系统出水水质不稳定的难题。This paper takes the landfill leachate treatment of Shanghai Laogang landfill as analysis case,and focuses on introducing the core technology and sharing successful design experience of process renovation in the aging-old leachate treatment.Through the integrated application of the core technology with completely independent intellectual property rights-efficient short-cut nitrification and denitrification and compound microbial flora technology,as well as the process renovation design for the upgrading and utilization of the original mineralized refuse bed on site,it overcomes the problems of poor biodegradability of aging-old leachate,high carbon source dosage caused by imbalanced carbon-to-nitrogen ratio,high operating cost and unstable water quality of the system.
