摘 要:选用甲基丙烯酸丁酯对纯棉纱线进行接枝改性,探究了乳液体系下甲基丙烯酸丁酯对纯棉纱线的接枝改性工艺。通过工艺优化确定的接枝改性优化工艺为:甲基丙烯酸丁酯用量20.0 g/L,接枝改性温度90℃,接枝改性时间40 min,中和酸用量1.0 g/L,乳化剂WAM用量1.5 g/L,引发剂用量1%(对甲基丙烯酸丁酯质量)。对比分析了改性前后纯棉纱线的扫描电镜图、吸水性、回潮率等,同时研究了酸性染料对甲基丙烯酸丁酯改性纯棉纱线的染色性能。结果表明,酸性染料对甲基丙烯酸丁酯接枝改性纱线具有良好的上染性能,且酸性染料染色改性纱线的各项色牢度除耐皂洗色牢度中羊毛沾色2~3级外,均可达到3级或以上。Pure cotton yarn was grafted with butyl methacrylate,and the graft modification process of butyl methacrylate on pure cotton yarn in lotion system was explored.Through process optimization,the optimal graft modification process was determined as follows:butyl methacrylate dosage 20.0 g/L,graft modification temperature 90℃,graft modification time 40 min,neutralizing acid 1.0 g/L,emulsifier WAM 1.5 g/L,initiator dosage 1%(to the mass of butyl methacrylate).The scanning electron microscopy,water absorption and moisture recovery of cotton yarns before and after modification were compared and analyzed.Meanwhile,the dyeing properties of butyl methacrylate modified cotton yarns with acid dyes were studied.The results show that the dyeing properties of butyl methacrylate graft modified cotton with acid dyes were good.The color fastness of the modified yarn dyed with acid dyes can reach grade 3 or above except that the wool staining of color fastness to soaping is grade 2~3.
