纯棉针织布印花糊料的研究与应用

摘　　要：近年来,针织布料因独特的弹性和舒适性受到追捧,需求猛增。但对于针织面料印花的渗透性和印花平整度等指标,常规的海藻酸钠印花糊料已难以满足要求。研发了一种针织布专用型印花糊料MY-LV05,比较其与海藻酸钠印花糊料的理化指标,并进行印花实验。结果表明:MY-LV05的渗透性和印花均一性等指标均较好,同时手感优秀,是一种适合纯棉针织布使用的活性印花糊料。In recent years, the knitted fabric is sought after for its unique elasticity and comfort, and the demand for it has soared. However, the conventional sodium alginate printing paste hardly meets the indicator of the knitted fabric printing such as the permeability and flatness. A special printing paste MY-LV05 for knitted fabric has been developed.The physical and chemical indexes of MY-LV05 were compared with sodium alginate printing paste, and the printing experiment has been carried out. The results show that MY-LV05 has good permeability, uniformity of printing and excellent hand feeling, indicating it is a kind of active printing paste suitable for pure cotton knitted fabric.
