摘  要:在新冠肺炎疫情肆虐全球的当下,测温已经是预防和控制疫情的必要手段,就目前红外测温装置而言,存在着因测温距离不定导致测温不准的缺点。为了解决上述缺点,采用MLX90614作为红外测温传感器、HC-SR04作为距离信息采集传感器、有源蜂鸣器作为警报传感器、OLED作为显示模块,并利用温度补偿算法,设计了一种基于STM32的非接触式红外测温装置。经测试,装置在测温距离2 cm内时,对实测人体体温与人体实际体温对比分析发现:实测温度平均相对误差为0.03%,相对误差小于0.1%。该体温检测系统实现了在一定距离范围内对人体温度快速准确稳定的测量,并且在超过正常体温时报警提示。该体温检测系统性能优良,测量准确,达到了预期的应用目的。At the moment when the COVID-19 is raging around the world, Temperature measurement has become a necessary means to prevent and control the COVID-19. The current infrared temperature measurement device has the disadvantage of inaccurate temperature measurement due to the uncertainty of the temperature measurement distance. In order to tackling with these shortcomings above, a non-contact infrared temperature measurement device based on STM32 is designed by using MLX90614 as infrared temperature measurement sensor, hc-sr04 as distance information acquisition sensor, active buzzer as alarm sensor and OLED as display module. After testing, when the device is within the temperature measurement distance of 2 cm, the comparison and analysis of the measured body temperature and the actual body temperature found that the average relative error of the measured temperature was 0.03%, and the relative error was less than 0.1%. The body temperature detection system realizes rapid, accurate and stable measurement of human body temperature within a certain distance, and alarms when it exceeds the normal body temperature. Excellent performance, accurate measurement and intended application purpose are achieved by the body temperature detection system.
