摘  要:热泵空调相对于燃气供暖等供暖设备,具有节能环保优势,属于清洁能源,但在低温环境中,其制热性能受到极大的限制。空调设备增加电加热作为辅热进行制热,已运用非常广泛。特别对于北美地区,为追求制热舒适性,电加热是非常常见的制热方式,在窗机、PTAC、穿墙机等空调设备上,主要有热泵+电热及单冷+纯电热机型,且对于电加热设备,其均使用大功率电加热,电加热功率可达5 kW。电热丝电加热工作时不会产生冲击电流、成本低、易选型等优点,但电热丝干烧时,温度极高,可达1000℃,易引起电热丝断裂、脱落、下垂等安全隐患。故,需要研究安全、可靠的控制、检测功能,对其进行安全控制。Relative to heating equipment such as gas heating,heat pump air conditioners have the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection and belong to clean energy.However,in low temperature environments,its heating performance is greatly limited.The air-conditioning equipment increases electric heating as auxiliary heat for heating,and has been widely used.Especial y for North America,in order to pursue heat-making comfort,electric heating is a very common heating method.On the air conditioning equipment such as window machines,PTACs,and wall-piercing machines,there are mainly heat pump+electric heating and single-cold+pure electric heating models.And for electric heating equipment,it uses high power electric heating,and the electric heating power can reach 5 k W.Electric heating wire electricity does not produce the advantages of impact current,low cost,and easy-to-select type.However,when the electric heating wire is dry,the temperature is extremely high,which can reach 1000℃,which can easily cause safety hazards such as the heating wire break,falling off,and sagging.Therefore,it is necessary to study safe and reliable control and detection functions to perform safety control.
