摘  要:该文设计并实现了一种具备气密特性的W波段变频组件,该变频组件基于混合微波集成电路技术(HMIC),采用混合集成方式,将本振锁相源、六倍频器、微带-波导过渡电路、E面金属膜片波导滤波器、有源MMIC芯片等进行合理集成。采用波导密封模块对W波段波导口进行密封处理以实现组件的气密。实测结果表明,该变频组件可实现信号从X波段到W波段的频率变换,变频增益优于20 d B,射频信号1 d B压缩输出功率大于5 d Bm。该变频组件具备气密特性,实测漏气速率≤1×10^(-7)Pa·m^(3)/s,满足工程应用需求。In this paper,a W-band frequency conversion module with airtight characteristics is designed and implemented.The module base on the hybrid microwave integrated circuit(HMIC),adopts a hybrid integration method,which reasonably integrates the LO phase-locked source,the X6 frequency multiplier,the microstripwaveguide transition circuit,the E-plane metal septum waveguide filter,and the active MMIC chips.A waveguide sealing module is used to seal the W-band waveguide port to achieve the airtightness of the module.The actual measurement results show that the module can realize the frequency conversion of the signal from the X-band to the W-band,and the frequency conversion gain is better than 20 dB.The output power of the RF signal 1dB compression point is greater than 5 dBm.The frequency conversion module has airtight characteristics,and the air leakage rate is less than 1×10^(-7)Pa·m^(3)/s,which meets the needs of engineering applications.
